From Interstate Route 81 North or South, take Exit 185, which is Central Scranton Expressway. As the expressway ends and merges, move into the center lane to enter Spruce Street. Follow Spruce Street until you reach Mifflin Avenue. Turn Right onto Mifflin Avenue and follow until you reach the intersection of Mifflin and Linden Street. Turn Left onto Linden and follow until you reach the intersection of Linden and North 9^th Street. Turn left onto North 9^th Street and proceed to 381 North 9^th Street. Attorney DeLuca's office is the third building on the Right hand side, there is a sign for the office and parking in the lot.
